• The price quoted DOES NOT include tax.
• Payment mode – Cash or Cheque or Bank Transfer. (50% Advance Payment.)
• Order will be accepted only after the Confirmation letter/email is received.
• Delivery time 10 working Days. (Excluding Testing Period and not dependent on pending submission of matter)
• Upon completion of the designing/development of the website and with a 7-day review period, after the scheduled completion date if the project remains incomplete due to unavailability of contents/inputs from the client side we may be allowed to raise invoice for the 40% of the remaining amount keeping 10% of total amount to be paid after completion.
• Delivery time includes binding on availability of users and decision makers from the client side as well.
• No Surprise Hidden Cost.
• Amount is non-refundable once order is confirmed and development is started.

• GoITWay and the Client must work together to complete the project in a timely manner. Much of this depends on receiving the appropriate information / data for testing and other details from the Client.
• GoITWay agrees to work diligently to complete these projects in a professional and timely fashion.
• This quotation is valid for 30 days only.



• There may be an additional fee for any design changes requested after the initial agreed design has been signed off.
• The Company is not responsible for writing or inputting any text copy unless this has been specified by the client.
• Any delays at client’s end, may delay the project and proposed timeframes and may incur additional costs.
• Required Hardware configuration and OS is user’s responsibility.
• A small admin fee is payable for switching the client to another hosting provider.
• Specific photos, images if needed to be bought, will be charged accordingly. The client has to bear the cost for the same. The images in the proposal are from reference websites used only for representation purpose and are not to be used for any other purpose.
• If the client wishes to edit the content on the website then a demo session will be arranged for content changes and guided with the same. No structural changes will be explained to the client. Any additional visits to the client’s office may incur additional costs.
• An hourly support fee will be taken for following changes:
– Support from staff other than our helpdesk staff (e.g. Management or Designer)
-Face to face support
-Content changes
-Designer time / design changes
-Developer time
-HTML/CSS/Coding training, support or troubleshooting
-All designing and support (i.e. Photoshop, logo designing etc)
